Used Pfaudler 1000 gallon #5015 glass lined reactor model RA-60-1000. 60” diameter X 73” high straight side. Welded dished heads. Internal rated 100/FV @ 450oF. Half pipe coil jacket rated 150/150 @ 450oF. NB# 45888. MFR # R190-0039. Equipped with 15/7.5HP #4 DTW drive. Ratio 1.5-1. RPM 117/58.5. Cryolock type agitator, H baffle, and diptube. 3” center bottom drain. Mounted with lugs. Fittings top: (1) manway, (4) 4”, and (1) 8” flange. Built 1990.
