Used Schenk centrifugal discharge filter type ZHF-SR 15/10 KLKB1. Pressure leaf design. T-316L stainless steel. Jacket T-304 stainless steel. 265 gallon fill capacity. Internal rated 100/FV @ -20 - 150 o C. Jacket rated 100/FV @ -20 - 150 o C. Tapered vessel KLK design. Automatic cake discharge with scraper device. 10 sq. meter filtration area. (20) filter elements, (1) separation filter element, and (2) scavenge elements. 300 liter usable cake volume. Seals are dry running, double acting mechanical type. 805mm diameter of filter element on 40 mm spacing. 12” diameter butterfly discharge. Built 1996. Driven by 20 HP 3/60/460 volt 1800 RPM motor. National Board #328.
