Used Pfaudler 2000 gallon #5015 glass lined reactor model RA78-2000-JCWVA. 78" diameter x 106 1/2" deep. Welded dished heads. Internal rated 100/FV @ -20 to 450 degrees F. Two zone half pipe coil jacket rated 150/150 @ -20 to 450 degrees F. NB# 44236. Equipped with 15/7.5 HP agitator driven through #5 DTW drive. Fittings top: (2) 6" (3) 4" (2) 8" (1) 30" cover with manway and (2) 2" flanges and (1) 4 3/8" sight glass. Agitator is (1) 39" span turbofoil and (1) 33" span turbine. (1) 4" bottom drain. Fin baffle with RT sensor. Stainless steel diptube.
